All About Jelqing Techniques

The size of a man’s penis is a sensitive but all-too important subject for both men and women. At the lowest end of the spectrum, the size of a penis can improve a man’s self-image and give him bragging rights.

Preparation

If this is your first time in considering a Jelqing regimen, you need to ensure that you are drinking at least 3 liters of water daily, similar to what you’d do if you were going to start a gym schedule. Be more active as well; try to walk for at least 60 minutes a day in order to prime your circulatory systems. Taking vitamins and supplements will help, and try to avoid meals after the evening time.

Step-by-Step Jelqing Techniques

  1. First thing you need to do is wrap your penis with a warm or semi-hot towel (be careful not to make it too hot or you will scald your manhood), a hot compress will do, as all this does is to encourage blood flow to your penis’ blood vessels and to get it into a semi-erect state.
  2. Wrap your index finger and thumb to the shaft of your penis. To make it easier to remember, imagine that you are doing the “OK” sign with your penis in the middle.
  3. Stroke once in the direction toward the glands, the action is very similar to “milking”. Make sure that the pressure is not too tight or too light, but just enough so that your shaft will feel the motions.
  4. Once your one hand is done, do it with the other and repeat the process several times for a good 5 to 10 minutes daily.
  5. Make sure that you put hot compress on your penis again after every session in order to “train” the penis into this natural “enhanced” state.

Always remember that the erection level is to be observed closely. If you perform jelqing techniques with too low of an erection level, the pressure for each stroke will vary greatly, with the start of the stroke being low in pressure while the end will be much higher in pressure, which could result in uneven girth development that makes your penis look like a baseball bat. As a general rule of thumb, the erection level should be maintained at 40 to 50 percent erect. The principle works in ways that a greater erection will increase girth, while a lower erection will increase length. Avoid jelqing with a fully erect penis, as this could lead to injured blood vessels, which in turn could lead to long term erectile dysfunction.
